Vivek Srivastava, Founder and CEO |
| |
As Chief Executive Officer, Vivek Srivastava has overall responsibility for PaperIndex’s strategy and operations. In this role, Vivek works with the company's marketing, technology, and operations heads. In addition, he works closely with team leaders in all areas to further develop the company and power its growth.
Vivek has been associated with the pulp and paper industry for more than 12 years. Prior to founding PaperIndex, he served as a member of sales team for a leading forming fabric company in India.
Vivek holds a master’s degree in Paper Science and Engineering from University of Washington, Seattle, USA. He received his bachelor’s degree in Paper Science and Engineering from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), India. Vivek has also passed level one of the Chartered Financial Analyst program offered by the CFA Institute, Virginia, USA.
Vivek has co-authored two papers on financial performance of North American paper industry. The papers analyzed the financial performance of all publicly listed US and Canadian companies and were published in Solutions! magazine and in online edition of the TAPPI journal.

As Chief Technology Officer, Susheel Kumar heads PaperIndex’ team of developers. Susheel’s team ensures smooth operations of the PaperIndex website and deploys new methods and technologies to enhance and improve the user experience.
Susheel has been associated with the IT industry in India for more than seven years and brings a rich technology experience to PaperIndex. In addition to being associated with PaperIndex, Susheel owns and manages a successful web development and a translation company in Bangalore, India.
Susheel holds a bachelor’s degree in Paper Science and Engineering from University of Roorkee, India. |

As HR Executive, Kannan co-ordinates and works with PaperIndex team members to make sure the company operates smoothly. Kannan helps company in hiring associates, developing and implementing human resources policies and practices.
Kannan received his master’s degree in Human Resource Management from St. Joseph’s College, Trichy, India. Kannan holds his bachelor’s degree in History from KMC College, Pattukkottai, India.

PaperIndex supports the cause of organizations involved in education and healthcare of underprivileged children. We donate 5% of our annual profit to organizations working for improving the lives of needy children and we do not take the credit for donations. Rather, names of all our paid members (Platinum and Gold) appear on donor’s list.
