| Confidentiality |
| We understand that for some buyers confidentiality is a concern and we have taken care of that. Buyers can choose to post their buying requirements without disclosing their contact information to suppliers in their buying leads. For buying leads where the contact information has been hidden by buyers, suppliers can contact the buyers only on email (buyers' email isn’t disclosed to suppliers either). |
| One-to-many Communication Tools |
| Time is important and you wouldn’t like to spend time contacting suppliers by sending the same inquiry to multiple suppliers one by one. Using PaperIndex Inquiry Basket, you can send your inquiry to multiple suppliers with a click of mouse. Just add suppliers and/or selling leads to Inquiry Basket, fill the inquiry form, and send your inquiry to up to 50 suppliers at a time. |
| Please Be Courteous |
| Please do reply to suppliers when they send their offers to you even if you are not interested in buying from them. Suppliers spend time and resources in preparing and sending offers and a no-response situation from buyers discourages them in communicating with buyers in the future. A polite ‘Thank You’ from buyers keeps the communication channel open. |
