Our Purchase Requirement 1. Grade: ISRI Standard OCC 12#/11# 2. Quality rule: Moisture ≤12%, total contamination ≤1%, plastic & wax paper forbidden, no food polluted cartons 3. Monthly demand: 2000 Metric Tons Trial order: One 40HQ container first, long-term stable bulk cooperation 4. Trade term: Please quote both FOB your port & CIF Dar es Salaam, Tanzania 5. Shipment: 20GP / 40HQ container loading 6. Payment: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C) is preferred; also accept T/T terms for discussion 7. Delivery lead time: Vessel departure within 7 working days after order confirmation Information we need in your quotation: 1. Unit price USD per MT (FOB & CIF separately) 2. Max monthly supply capacity 3. Packing weight per bale (800–1200kg standard) 4. All extra charges (sorting, handling, document fee) 5. Quotation validity period (at least 30 days) 6. Export license & past shipment document copies 7. Latest yard photos & inspection video available Please send full quotation before _JULY_18th __ (deadline date).
