Dear Sir, Hope you are well. Firstly, I would like to apologize for the delay in response. We are new in the OINP market and wanted to make sure we have genuine clients in place locally before we proceeded. We also took some time in understanding the applicable taxes on such transactions. Nonetheless, we are now in control and can take our initial discussion forward. Our requirement is as follows: 1. Korean OINP 2. Packaging in bundles 3. 20 FT Container (20-23 MT) Our monthly demand is approx. 60-70 tons/month but would like to start with just 1 container and move on after we develop a relationship. Our payment terms will be handled through LC by our local bank. Once issued, your bank will be notified and you can move on to getting the BL (in case of CIF). Once the BL is issued, you will receive 100% payment by our bank as per the performa invoice. This is better for you then the 50%/50% TT payments suggested below. Will this arrangement be OK for you?
