RFQ DESCRIPTION:

Hi, We are looking to procure used corrugated paper/cardboard (without coloured paper) for supply to our paper mill in Gujarat, India. Specifications are as follows: Material: Used corrugated cardboard or paperboard, no coloured paper. Condition: Clean and free from contaminants including oil, grease, chemicals, stickers, plastic lamination, chocolate residuals, and synthetic gum. Moisture allowance: 5-8% Dust allowance: 6-8% Baling: Material must be sorted, bundled, and baled for transport. Bale size approximately 110 x 110 x 180 cm, weighing approximately 900 kg per bale. Quantity required: 20 MT per day (ongoing supply basis). Delivery: Supplier is responsible for collection, packaging, and timely delivery to the designated port location. Compliance: Supplier must comply with local environmental, safety, and regulatory standards regarding the sale and transfer of used materials. Inspection: Final inspection certificate required at destination port. Buyer reserves the right to inspect materials on arrival and reject non-compliant shipments. Payment Terms: Payment will be released upon delivery at the destination port, subject to a satisfactory final inspection certificate and required documentation, processed through the State Bank of India on behalf of the paper mill.
