The seamed press felt is our high technology projects can bring you quick and safe installation. We have seam guidance to help you easily seam the felt after installed on the paper machine. The traditional paper machine felts are endless type, which need long change time, need large labor and working efficiency is low. But seamed press felt can save much installation time and increase the paper machine working efficiently. The seamed press felt have surface fiber layer, inner fiber layer and reverse side layer. The base layer is in the middle of inner fiber layer and reverse fiber layer. The two side of base layer have seam loop, the two groups of seam rings overlaps, will have a loop hole in the middle, with a pin wire inside the loop hole. The seam ring is a semi-circular structure. By setting up seam rings and pin wire, the time for replacing the felt has been shortened, the operation is convenient and safe, and the work efficiency has been improved. At the same time, this paper machine felt has the advantages of good compression resistance, good dewatering effect, and long service life. |
