We have an active Plant Protection Project and are looking for a Bangladesh manufacturer for 4-Ply Solid Fibre Paperboard. Target Specifications: 680 GSM ±5% | 970 Micron ±10% Moisture: 7.5% ±2% | pH 7.0–8.0 Outer layers: Virgin Kraft preferred Core: Recycled pulp acceptable Both-side re-pulpable & food-safe moisture barrier Michelman X300 / PVOH + Kaolin Clay or equivalent FDA / BfR / ISEGA preferred Technical question: If you currently produce recycled board, can you make the outer layers with virgin pulp? If our GSM/thickness is not your standard, please suggest your best technical alternative based on stiffness, bursting strength, wet strength and moisture resistance.
