Lever arm type wire stretching systems controls the fabric tension of the wire. The tension on the wire is increased or decreased via the lever-arm type stretcher. The adjustment stroke should be dimensioned for a 1-2% change in the length of the wire and the necessary length required for changing the wire. Lever-arm type stretching system is used in the area of the wire section for wire tension. Lever-arm type stretching systems can be freely mounted in terms of position. Parallel adjustment of the stretch roll via self-locking trapezoidal threaded spindle, vibration-free. Lever-arm type stretcher reduces the wire abrasion thanks to reduced slip between the wire and the guide rollers. |
