RFQ DESCRIPTION:

Our mission is to deliver sustainable products to the customers in our markets. We are very active in Benelux, France and UK. We are looking for copy paper with strong sustainability credentials. This can be achieved by using recycled pulp. Critical for us is that no trees are damaged in the manufacturing process and that 100% of materials are recycled. Or, it can be achieved using 100% agricultural waste from, for example, sugar cane or wheat/straw/corn. But not supplemented with virgin wood. In either case, we also want nor harmful chemicals and/or bleaching agents to be used in the manufacturing process. Therefore, we seek paper that has a natural shade. Usually this is cream/beige/buff manilla colour. We would like our supplier to be vertically integrated. In the case of an recycled paper, this means also controlling the pulp. Another key requirement is the correct certifications. We need ISO 9706:1994. This deals with requirements for permanence. We also need ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. For 100% Recycled papers we need FSC.
