RFQ DESCRIPTION:

History of PT Indonesia Rachmat Basuki Paper, Tbk. (the “company”) begins with the establishment of PT Petroneks in 1978. And in 1979 changed its name with PT Indhasana. Furthermore, the company acquired PT and PT Blabak Paper Paper Basuki Rachmat (KBR) in 1992, which became the forerunner of the company. In carrying out its business activities, KBR’s production was increased by building Paper Machine 2 in 1994. PT Hutan Tanam Industri Basuki Rachmat (HTIBR) was also established in 2008 to support KBR’s manufacturing capacity. Still, in 2008, the Company changed its name into PT Kertas Basuki Rachmat Indonesia (KBRI) and listed its shares on Indonesia Stock Exchange, followed by conducting Limited Public Offering I in 2010. Until the end of 2016, the composition of the Company’s Shareholders comprises of Suisse Charter (34%), Wyoming International Ltd. (30,4%), Quest Corporation (10.6%), and the public (25%). Our paper factory KBR was established in 1971. KBR’s factory is located in Jl. Jendral Basuki Rachmat, Banyuwangi, East Java, above the land area of 57 hectares. Currently, PM-4 generates products called “culture paper” or writing/printing paper of HVS and CD, using raw material of used paper (waste paper). The entire products of PM-4 are absorbed by the domestic market with a production capacity of 10,000 MT per year. In 1994, KBR built a paper machine of PM-2 to produce uncoated wood free paper with an installed capacity of 200,000 MT/year by using pulp as raw material. Furthermore, the Company has undertaken an improvement project for PM-2 in 2014 and accomplished it within nine months. The name of PM-2 then changed into PM-3. Based on the deed of establishment, the Company engages in the business of general trading, industry and services. To achieve these objectives and purposes, the Company has carried out several activities, as follows: a. Export-import in trading of paper, cardboard and equipment b. Paper industry c. Consulting in the field of business, management and administration our paper factory will start to run in December 2020. the discharge port in Surabaya port, Indonesia. according to Indonesia regulation, only accept OCC 12 # import. payment by LC at sight or 90 days if possible.
