Subject: Request for Quotation – Supply of Copy Paper (20 lbs / 75 gsm, Brightness 95–97)  Hi, We are seeking a quotation for the supply and delivery of copy paper with the following specifications and requirements: Product Specifications Paper Size: 8.5 inches x 11 inches (Letter size) Sheets per Ream: 500 Paper Weight: 20 lbs (equivalent to 75 gsm) Brightness: 95 to 97 Case Pack: 10 reams per case Packaging & Quantity Quantity per Order: 1 x 40 ft container Container Loading: 40 skids per container, with 40 boxes per skid Annual Requirement: Minimum 6 containers per year Volume Option: Please also provide pricing if volume increases to 12 containers per year Frequency: Every 2 months for 1 year (or as per agreed schedule) Delivery Terms Incoterm: CIF Destination Port: Halifax / Toronto, Canada Quotation Requirements Please include the following in your quotation: Unit price per ream and per case Total price per 40 ft container (CIF Halifax and CIF Toronto) Pricing at volumes of 6 containers per year and 12 containers per year Payment terms Production and shipping lead time Validity of quotation Company profile and certifications (if available) Confirmation if rebranding with our company’s private label is allowed Regards, Sandran
