Hi, To introduce myself, I am Kajal from (company name removed). Our company is one of Oman’s leading diversified business groups, established in 1976. The company operates across key sectors including construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, infrastructure, mining and services. We are looking to purchase A4 & A3 white copier paper (80GSM) regularly for all our businesses here in Oman directly from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer (We are the end users). The required annual quantity is: A4 - 20000 reams A3 - 2500 reams We seek a reliable long-term collaboration and would therefore appreciate receiving your most competitive pricing. Kindly provide your FOB quotation(please also mention the port name) at the earliest convenience. Additionally, please include relevant product specifications, delivery lead times, price validity (we prefer one year agreement) and payment terms along with your offer.
