A4 Copy Paper Private Label — Converting Partnership Inquiry Hi, We are (company name removed), a sourcing and export company based in Bali, Indonesia, with 15 years of operation. We work with international professional buyers and ship containers worldwide. We have been approached by one of our client/buyer in Saudi Arabia looking for a long-term supply of A4 copy paper, 80 GSM, under their own private label. The projected volume is approximately 100 metric tons per month (roughly 8,000 cartons), with monthly shipments to Jeddah. Could you kindly advise on the following : Do you offer A4 copy paper converting and packaging under buyer's private label ? If so, what is your minimum order quantity for a private label setup ? Do you source your base paper (jumbo rolls) from major Indonesian mills, and if so, can you confirm the quality grade and origin ? Could you provide an indicative FOB price range for A4 80 GSM copy paper, cut and packaged under buyer's brand, at approximately 100 MT per month ? What is the lead time for a first private label order, including wrapper design and packaging setup ? What certifications do you hold or can you provide for the finished product (ISO, PEFC, FSC) ? Regarding the commercial relationship, how do you typically work with sourcing companies like ours ?
