I have recently been tasked with securing a reliable supply of woodchips for paper mill use and would like to know whether your organization is able to support the following requirement: 30,000 metric tonnes per month of paper mill grade woodchips BDMT woodchips with moisture content of approximately 10% Tree species including bamboo, acacia, pine, or eucalyptus Woodchips meeting, or closely matching, the specifications below: Maximum 5% of chips exceeding 40 mm in length Minimum 81% of chips between 9.5 mm and 40 mm Maximum 55% of chips between 9.5 mm and 22.2 mm Maximum 3% of chips below 4.8 mm in length Maximum 10% of chips between 4.8 mm and 9.5 mm Maximum 1% bark and rot Zero, or as close to zero as possible, charcoal content Maximum 12% of chips exceeding 8 mm in thickness We would appreciate it if you could provide an FOB quotation based on shipment from your nearest port. If you require an LOI or KYC documentation prior to issuing a quotation, please let us know and we will be happy to provide it.
