RFQ DESCRIPTION:

Hi, We are (company name removed) based in Troisdorf, Germany. We plan to source approximately 2,000 metric tons per year of Cotton Rag Pulp (denim rag acceptable), with monthly call-offs of roughly 150–200 MT. Please find our Technical Data Sheet (TDS) attached. Could you confirm whether you can meet these specifications and advise on the closest matching grades in your portfolio? In your reply, we would appreciate: • Grade match & documentation: Your matching grade(s), current product TDS, and a typical COA. • Commercials: Price indications for the annual volume on FOB Chennai/Tuticorin and CIF Hamburg (Incoterms® 2020), including validity and any volume breaks. • Supply & lead time: Monthly supply capacity, standard production/dispatch lead time, and earliest availability for first lots. • Quality targets (per our TDS): e.g., alpha-cellulose, ash, dirt/contaminants, brightness, moisture, freeness (°SR or CSF), fibre-length distribution, and any metal-ion limits. • Packaging & moisture: Bale/sheet format, typical bale weight, wrapping/palletization, and moisture range on delivery. • Compliance: QA certifications (e.g., ISO 9001), country of origin, and HS code. • Samples: Availability of 5–10 kg sample material for our lab verification (we can share our courier account). • Payment terms and EU export experience; if available, references in fibre-cement or related industrial applications.
