Initial Enquiry – Quote & Mock-Ups for Liquid Packaging Hi, I hope you’re well. I’m getting in touch to enquire about liquid-safe packaging for a new UK-based household care brand and to request initial pricing, technical guidance, and mock-up options. For clarity, below are the target volumes and proportions for the three liquid products we are developing. All formats should share the same base footprint, be self-standing, and have a chunky, premium profile (rather than tall or slim), with appropriate internal barrier and sealing for liquid detergent products. Target packaging sizing (indicative) • Laundry detergent (La Lessive) Volume: 1.5 L Base footprint (target): approx. 110 × 100 mm Overall height (incl. closure): approx. 180 mm • Fabric conditioner (L’Adoucissant) Volume: 1.0 L Base footprint: approx. 110 × 100 mm Overall height (incl. closure): approx. 130–135 mm • Dishwashing liquid Volume: 650 ml Base footprint: approx. 110 × 100 mm Overall height (incl. closure): approx. 95–100 mm The above dimensions are indicative and can be adjusted slightly based on your recommended structure, material thickness, and sealing method — the key requirement is maintaining a stable, premium, chunky profile across the range. Closure & dispensing All formats will require: • Screw cap / spout closure, suitable for repeated opening and closing • Appropriate for liquid detergent viscosity Please advise which closure systems you recommend, and whether these can be supplied and fitted as part of your production. Materials & structure • Fully liquid-safe packaging • Please advise recommended structures, including: – Standard option – More sustainable alternatives (where available) Design registration Please note that the overall packaging design and concept (including the closure configuration) has been registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO), so any development would need to follow this registered design direction. When it comes to sharing detailed artwork or technical files, I’m of course happy to do so under a simple NDA if that’s helpful.
