Hi, We represent (company name removed), Malaysia, a major importer of recovered fiber in Southeast Asia. We are seeking long-term U.S. suppliers for DSOCC #12 (Double Sorted OCC). Purchase Requirements • Product: DSOCC #12 • Monthly demand: minimum 10,000 Metric Tons, combined orders from multiple suppliers are acceptable. • Please advise your maximum monthly supply capacity • Shipment schedule: 2–3 lots per month • Ports: Los Angeles / Long Beach / Oakland (preferred) • Trade terms: FOB or CIF Port Klang, Malaysia • Payment: Negotiable (T/T 30% deposit + 70% against copy of B/L or L/C at sight) Quality Specifications • Moisture ≤ 12% • Prohibitives ≤ 1% • Outthrows ≤ 5% • No plastic liners or wax-coated cartons • Baled and compressed, suitable for container loading Inspection & Documentation Quality inspection in Malaysia can be arranged by LP. Suppliers only need to provide shipment photos for compliance; this should not delay normal shipping. Export customs declaration remains the supplier’s responsibility.
