Hi, We are writing on behalf of (company name removed) – Paper & Board Division, part of the (company name removed), Pakistan. Our division operates a modern recycled containerboard paper facility producing Test Liner, Kraft Liner, and Fluting grades. As part of our ongoing procurement planning, we are looking to engage reliable, long-term suppliers for the supply of Old Corrugated Containers (OCC) and other recovered fiber grades. Required Grades: • OCC 95/2 (Double Sorted) • OCC 98/2 • KCB (Kraft Carrier Boxes) • NDLK (New Double Lined Kraft) • Industrial Mixes (Baled) Annual Requirement: • 25,000 MT to 30,000 MT, with regular monthly or bimonthly shipments Port of Discharge: • Karachi Port, Pakistan Pricing Mechanism: We are in the process of integrating Fastmarkets (formerly RISI) pricing indices into our procurement strategy to ensure global market alignment. Therefore, we request quotations structured as follows: • CFR Karachi pricing (USD/MT) • Reference Index: Fastmarkets European or U.S. OCC price benchmarks (based on origin) • Proposed premium/discount on the index (monthly or quarterly adjustment) • Optional: Fixed-price proposal for trial shipments Information Required from Your End: Kindly share the following details to help us evaluate your offer: 1.
