To avoid any mold during transport from Mauritius to Madagascar and for easier storage Tear-free Full newspapers, without tears and with good presentation. To guarantee a quality product for our customers Absence of contaminants No plastic, glass, or organic waste .To avoid product contamination and to facilitate customs clearance procedures in Madagascar In order to verify whether your offer meets our expectations, we kindly ask you to provide clarifications on the following points: • Sorting quality: what percentage of purity (newspapers only) can you guarantee? • Physical condition: for a full container load, what percentage of newspapers without tears can you guarantee? • Moisture: at what average moisture level do you ship your export consignments? • Cleanliness: how do you ensure the absence of unwanted waste (plastic, glass, organic waste, etc.)? • Packaging: in what form are the newspapers prepared for export? (recent photos would be appreciated) • Container capacity: how many metric tons of used newspapers can be loaded into a 40’ container? • Minimum quantity: what is your minimum order volume? • Lead time: what is your typical preparation time after order confirmation? • Payment terms: what are your payment conditions for this type of transaction?
