RFQ DESCRIPTION:

Hi, I am writing to introduce (company name removed), an Indian merchant exporter with 40+ years of experience in paper commodity trading across South and Southeast Asia. We have an established relationship with a paper mill in Bangladesh — a Chittagong-based facility with a confirmed monthly requirement for Printers Off-Cuts (POC) and Sorted White Ledger (SWL) grade recovered paper. We believe your capabilities are a strong fit for our requirements. Our initial requirement is as follows: Grade: POC / Sorted White Ledger (SWL, ISRI #40 equivalent) Quantity: 4-5 × 40HQ containers per month (~50–75 MT) Trial shipment: 1 × 40HQ container to start Delivery basis: CIF Chittagong (CTG), Bangladesh Payment: Irrevocable LC at sight Moisture: Max 12% | Outthrows: Max 2% | Prohibitives: Max 1% To help us move forward, we would appreciate: 1. Confirmation of availability for the above grade and quantity 2. Your best CIF Chittagong price per metric tonne 3. A bale specification sheet and recent SGS / inspection report 4. Earliest loading date for a trial FCL We are prepared to open an LC within 7-10 working days of receiving your Proforma Invoice. Our intention is to establish a long-term monthly supply program, and we see this trial shipment as the first step in a sustained partnership. As this requirement is presently under urgent consideration, we would appreciate receiving your detailed quote at the earliest. I have enclosed some reference pic Regards, Preeta
