Scrap Newspaper

RFQ DESCRIPTION:

I am looking for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Thai newspapers. The minimum size of the newspaper should be 31 x 21 inches. I am seeking a long-term partnership and will initially be purchasing 27–29 metric tons.
