Thermal (POS) Paper Rolls

RFQ DESCRIPTION:

Hi, Hope you are doing well. We are looking for the manufacture that could provide us with 30.000 of following rolls: ROLLS FOR MOBILE TERMINALS – MT ROLLS Material: • Thermoreactive paper, 58 g/m² (±5%) Printing: • Design base: ©CIT2012 • Security design: YES • Front colors: 3 • Back colors: 2 • Continuous (endless) design on the front • Security ink: YES, UV fluorescent orange ink (standard 365 UV light) • Readable microtext (at an agreed interval) • Anti-copy ink: YES • Text overprint on the reverse side Format: • Final roll width: 57 mm • Winding length per roll: 12 m (±5%) Numbering: • Single-sided numbering • Each 4-inch section is numbered three times • The entire roll carries identical numbers • On the last section, instead of three numbers, the text “END” is printed Winding: • Inner core diameter: 1/2’’ • Rolls must be seamless (no joints/splices) • Tickets must not be glued to the core • The roll must be secured with a rubber band before unwinding; it must not be glued Packaging: • 100 rolls per carton • Carton must be labeled with contents • Empty space in the carton must be filled with bubble wrap • Each roll must have a removable label on the side with the roll number • Cartons stacked on a EUR pallet • Interleaving paper between layers in the carton to prevent blackening during transport Additional: • Any defective rolls must be recorded and destroyed by commission • Quality control must inspect each batch before dispatch to ensure compliance with the client’s requirements • A record of defective rolls must be submitted to the client • The last 70 cm of the roll must have a red line printed on the front side (0.5 cm from the left edge) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS for MT ROLLS The bidder must provide the following certificates in the offer: • ISO 9001 – Certified Quality Management System • ISO 14001 – Certified Environmental Management System • Intergraf ISO 14298 – Certified Security Printing Management System (The ISO 14298 certificate must be held by the supplier who produces the forms with all required security features. In the case of a joint bid or subcontracting, this requirement must be fulfilled by each partner and subcontractor who will actually perform the relevant part of the work in accordance with the tender documentation.)
