Dear Sir We Raj Swad are into Food disposable business in India. We are free trade zone factory with certified ISO 9000 & 22000. For our business expansion we are looking to buy following machines 01 Thermoforming machine to produce Lids for Paper cup . as enclosed photo. Lid round dia is about 80 mm and forming depth is about 7 mm. Lid have middle + Cut to insert drink straw. We Will use HIPS plastics [It is PS family] We need machine which can produce minimum 100,000 pc per 8 hour, Complete lid must be made in one operation. 02 T- Die extruder to produce HIPS Plastics Rolls for the above Lids .. thickness we need from .20 to .40 mm The width of the rolls depend on the Forming machine Please offer your best price along with the photo of machine , technical detail, if possible send link of video to download.
