RFQ / RFP – Tissue-Grade Paper Pulp Dear Supplier, We are seeking quotations and technical information for the supply of tissue-grade paper pulp suitable for toilet paper and hygiene tissue manufacturing, intended for import into Australia. This RFQ/RFP is issued to assess both pricing and technical suitability for the Australian market. Only suppliers able to meet the specifications and compliance requirements below should respond. 1. Product Specification (Mandatory) Please confirm availability and pricing for one or more of the following: - Bleached Hardwood Kraft Pulp (BHKP) – tissue grade - Bleached Softwood Kraft Pulp (BSKP) – tissue grade - Blended option (hardwood/softwood), if available Minimum requirements: - Intended use: Toilet paper / hygiene tissue - Form: Sheets or rolls, baled - Moisture content: ≤ 10% - ISO Brightness: Please specify (%) - Average fibre length: Please specify - Clean, fully processed pulp (not waste paper) 2. Certifications & Compliance (Australia-Focused) Please provide copies or confirmation of the following: - FSC and/or PEFC certification (preferred) Manufacturer declaration confirming: - Fully processed pulp suitable for hygiene applications - No live plant material, pests, or soil contamination - Certificate of Origin (COO) required, clearly stating the country of manufacture of the pulp - Any trans-shipment or re-export origins must be explicitly declared - Phytosanitary certificate availability - HS Code used for export (expected: 4703) - Packaging must comply with ISPM-15 standards where applicable. 3. Commercial Details Required Please include: - Price per metric tonne: - FOB (port of loading) - CIF (Australian port – please specify which ports you can quote) - Minimum order quantity (MOQ) - Monthly supply capacity - Typical lead time from order confirmation to shipment - Payment terms - Sample availability (and cost, if applicable) 4.
