DLK Grade 13 & OCC Grade 11 & 12 for Recycled Pulp Mill

RFQ DESCRIPTION:

Hi, We are (company name removed). a recycled pulp mill in Bo Win, Si Racha, Chonburi, Thailand, approximately 30 km from Laem Chabang Port. We are an end-user mill, not a trading intermediary. GRADES REQUIRED (priority order): 1. ISRI No.13 DLK - New Double-Lined Kraft Corrugated Cuttings Target 5000 MT/month 2. ISRI No.12 DSOCC - Double Sorted Old Corrugated Containers Balance of requirement 3. ISRI No.11 OCC 98/2 - supplementary volume only Total 5000 MT per month, continuing 12-month basis. European origin may be quoted to EN 643 grades 4.01 / 1.04 / 1.05. SPECIFICATION (ReMA/ISRI January 2026 circular): - Grade 13 & 12: prohibitives max 0.5%, outthrows+prohibitives max 2% - Grade 11 (98/2): prohibitives max 1%, outthrows+prohibitives max 5% - Moisture max 12%, deduction applies if exceeded - NOT accepted: wax or poly-coated board, wet-strength paper, carbon/carbonless paper, printed reject boxes offered as DLK, plastic film, metal, glass, food residue - Must be classifiable under HS 47.07 and meet Thai PCD import limits (sorted grades max 2% impurities). Cargo reclassified as municipal waste under HS 3825.10 will be rejected with full claim. - Baled, min 500 kg/bale, suitable for 40'HQ DELIVERY: CIF Laem Chabang, Thailand. PAYMENT: L/C at sight or D/P against documents. Advance T/T is not accepted. INSPECTION: Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS / Bureau Veritas / Intertek) required, results binding on contract.
