Technical Description: Destination: The KRYSTIAN automatic rewinder is designed for rewinding, burnishing, slicing, and laminating with glue-up to 3 layers of cellulose toilet paper with drums on logs with a core. Build: The winder has a modular construction; two-station unwinder, gluing-embossing module, web compensator, and rewinder. The whole structure has been protected against corrosion and then powder painted in pearly white RAL 5010. The basic structural elements of individual modules of winding-rewinding machines are sided walls made of steel sheets connected with structural elements by bolting. The walls were connected with each other by upper and lower connectors. The machine modules have separate drives in the form of electric motors that are electronically controlled. The machine is equipped with the necessary covers and devices to ensure all health and safety requirements, complies with EU directives and CE compliance requirements. Rewinder : 3.1. Unwinder: - pneumatic mother roll loading - two paper unwinding stations 3.2. Embossing module connecting paper layers: - lamination module with glue (Anilox roller) - Module with 2 embossing shaft (one shaft with a pattern chosen by the customer, the other KRYSTIAN standard) 3.3. Winder: - cores delivery module; - burnishing module; - perforation module; - last sheet cutting and gluing module; - logs winding module; - logs feeder; - control panel; - electronic control cabinet. Operating: The work of the machine consists of a fully automatic, unattended cycle of work in the START-STOP sequence. All activities from loading, tightening the drum band, rewinding, sealing, and cutting off the last leaf takes place in an automatic cycle. The parameters of the finished product are set using the control panel. The machine is designed for continuous three-shift operation and does not require any repairs except for normal maintenance. Log accumulator: Purpose: The log drive is for collecting logs in front of the saw. The maximum capacity is 40 logs. Design: The device has a frame structure made of metal sheets connected by welding and screws. The drive consists of two geared motors - one at the log loading area, the other at the log unloading area. The geared motor drives the chains to which the transporting logs are attached. Operating principle: The log rolls into the transfer chute. The chain drive moves the loaded log up and substitutes an empty chute for loading the next log. The process is cyclical, spread and provided to third parties Automatic two log circular saw: The saw is designed for cutting logs of recycled or cellulose toilet paper. The performance of the saw is 1-100 cycles per minute for logos with a max diameter of 135 mm and a length of 2750 mm. The saw is used in factories of the paper industry. All activities are performed automatically.
