Self-cleaning rotary drum screen available in different size based on the effluent flow: 600/900; 600/1500; 900/1500 and 900/3000. Frame realized in AISI304 (AISI316 upon request) and rotary drum in AISI316L. Suitable for the filtration of high flows with capacity up to 1500 m³/hr (1000 m3/hr in paper mills). Filtration degree from 0,3 to 3 mm. Built with wedge wire profiles. High precision slot sizes, minimum tendency to clogging, easiness of cleaning. Feeding both by gravity (if installed directly on the discharging channel) or pumping Effluent distributed uniformly along the drum and the high peaks of flow may be bypassed through an adjustable overflow device. Complete with screw compactor (Optional) High pressure washing, using both cold and hot water (Optional) |
