Surface and Finishes: Semi Virgin MG kraft paper is a machine-glazed paper with Plane and Ribbed graining finishes. We manufacture very diverse widths with multiple reels that reach a width close to 2.6 meters and also provide in sheet form as per customer specifications Properties: Semi Virgin MG kraft is made to order as per customers' requirements. It features high tear resistance BF ranging from 25 to 35 with high wet strength properties. Color: Natural brown shade and golden yellow shade Substance: Semi Virgin MG kraft paper GSM ranges from 50 to 120 Technical information: 1. Diameter of reels min 100, max 125 cm. 2. Width of reels min 30 cm and max 260 cm. 3. Tolerance of paper cutting +-2 mm. 4. Diameter of a core: 7.6 cm +-1 mm 5. Cores secured with corks. 6. Reels packing with edge proctors, Shrink film rapped and palletized. 7. Reel Markings with Label containing relevant informations 8. Paper is produced in two finishes - plain and ribbed. 9. On request, the Kraft paper can be produced with addition of wet strength. 10. Standerd acceptance of Maximum 3 Joints in one reel.
