Design :- The pump are design to handle liquid with solid in the Pulp & paper, Chemical, Sugar, Waste water and palm oil industries. Combined the advantage of open impeller, renewable wear plate and back-pull-out design. The maintenance of the pump is greatly simplified. Features Fully open impeller: Design for liquid containing solid particles, abrasive liquid or stock up to 6% consistency Casing wear plate: Protect the volute casing. The front liner externally adjusted to maintain a constant impeller clearance to achieve maximum efficiency Stuffing box : Design to permit the use of mechanical seal (single, double or tandem; packing or Dynamic seal Material : Various material option to handle a wide range of corrosive and abrasive liquids Shaft:Amply sized stainless steel shaft guarantees a vibration free operation heavy duty bearings, compact, oil or grease lubricated bearing unit design to ensure reliability. |
