Sheeter Cutter Specifications: Mill Roll Stand: Double swing arm shaftless type. Hydraulic control of roll load/ unload and arm raise/ lower. Multi-pad brake for paper tension control. Decurler Section: Decurlers for different paper grades ensure perfect cutting and stacking. Consistent product quality after decurler. Slitter Section: Top slitter loading/lifting by air cylinder. Slitter positioning with linear guideway by manual/motorized, accurate adjustment. Special steel slitter ensures long working life. Cutter Section: Single /Twin rotary cutting system. Twin-rotary cutting type equipped with helical knife. Special steel cutter ensures long working life. Cutting stable and accurately. Conveyor System: Dynamic balanced steel tubing conveyor roll for high speed running. Conveyor with vacuum suction device for smooth delivery. Optional defective sheet diverter device. Optional static electricity eliminator for accurate delivery. Lay Boy: Stacking height detecting by photosensor. Front jogger and side jogger to make paper stacking perfect. Non-stop production with motorized paper receiving fork. Optional tape marker for accurate counting. |
