The company is driven by one of the pioneers of this Industry, Mr. Ashis Kumar Roy, the Managing Director, a comprehensive techno-commercial leader, who is having 3 decades of business experience in this industry and during his period, he has dealt with many Multinational Companies of India like Hindustan Unilever, Proctor & Gamble, Wipro, ITC etc. His networking connection and administrative skills is really a big asset for the company. Moreover, Mr. Vikhil Gangadhar Kotian who joined as a Director is MBA and having quite a good experience of Marketing and Packaging Business. This young Professional has brought enthusiasm and dimension in business. Additionally in the management team Mr. Chandrahas Kotian, is functioning as an Advisor, who is a technocrat, having good experience, expertise and exposure to add new dimension to the packaging industry in the global market. Coating Excellence Private Limited is having best of the industry & state of the art high-speed American Egan Coating Plant and has got a huge range of Product, which caters paper cups, pharmaceutical, food industry, hand gloves, cartons and so many other applications. The plant is ultra-specialty capability to handle 20 gsm paper to 500 gsm paperboard. It can coat as low as 10 microns & up to 50 microns poly coating. The production capacity is more than 6000 MT per year. Products: 1. Stiffener Board -115, 130gsm, 150, Stiffener Board / 10gsm LDPE Coating – for Soap Liner. 2. Dispensing Bag - 45gsm White Poster Paper / 12gsm LDPE Coating. 3. Kraft Paper - 350gsm, 550gsm / 15+15gsm Double Side LDPE Coating Kraft 165gsm / 10gsm Single Side LDPE Coating. 4. Poster Paper - 45gsm Poster / 15gsm LDPE Coating – for Sugar /Pepper Pouch. 5. Crystal Paper - 40gsm Crystal Paper / 35gsm LDPE Coating – for Pharma. 6. Cup Stock Board - 250gsm, 220gsm, 290 Board / 15gsm or 12gsm LDPE Coating - for Paper Cup. 7. 4PLY Lamination - 40gsm Crystal or Glassine / 17gsm LDPE / 9 Al Foil / 35gsm LDE. – for ORS Packing. Special Application Products: We can offer a very high quality product like: - 1. LDPE Coated Glassine Paper (Grease Proof).- for Pharma 2. Glassine / LDPE / 6.5 mic – 9 mic Aluminum Foil / LDPE. – for Pharma 3. Any other paper like Bleach Kraft, Poster, Chromo/LDPE/Al. Foil LDPE – for Multilayer Bag & Composite Containers. 4. We can do the Polypropylene Coated Material also. All these can be used for the need for Sachets, Pouch & Twist Wrap. Details of Machine : 1. Extrusion Coating Machine – (American Egan Make) Width 42” dia Machine Speed: 600 fpm. Features: Corona treater In-line. Pre and Post. Sandwich facility on Board and other substrates. Thinner gsm coating with high quality bonding also possible. Winding: Turret type. Splicing: Auto Unwind and Rewinding station 2. Slitter / Re-winder: 4 Nos Width 42” or 1100mm (Single Shaft) Features: Pneumatic braking system, various sizes and Jumbo Roll outsourcing for Sheeting etc. We have around 50 staff working with us.
