The CONDA operation is supported with a professional research and development team to carefully control all aspects of the manufacturing process from receipt of raw materials right through to point of dispatch. In addition a separate R&D team design and develop new products that represent 20% of sales annually. Logistics and communication is very important to CONDA and we have developed systems to monitor every order received, communicate manufacturing lead times and supervise dispatch dates – this department is managed by a team of multi-lingual executives. The CONDA brand name is registered in over 30 countries - all CONDA products meet international test standards according to different countries including CE, AP, LAMA and so on and we hold a number of honorary certificates including FSC, BASCI, SEDEX, ISO 9001.
