The CONDA operation is supported with a professional research and development team to carefully control all aspects of the manufacturing process from receipt of raw materials right through to point of dispatch. In addition a separate R&D team design and develop new products that represent 20% of sales annually. Logistics and communication is very important to CONDA and we have developed systems to monitor every order received, communicate manufacturing lead times and supervise dispatch dates – this department is managed by a team of multi-lingual executives.
