Dongzheng Paper Bag Factory is a professional paper bag & packing box factory. It was founded in 2005 in Dalian, a beautiful seashore city. The factory area is 40000m2 with a floor space of 25000 m2 in total. Investments in our company are now at 80 million RMB. The location of our company is very convenient transportation wise. It is situated only 1km from the “Guanjiadian” toll gate of Shen-Da freeway, only 19 km from “Dayaowan port” and only 45 kilometers from “Dalian port”, where the federal highways 201,202 adjoin. It takes about 45 minutes to Dalian Zhoushuizi International Airport. The convenient traffic conditions reduce transportation time and cost to a great extent. Dongzheng Paper Bag (Dalian) Factory has a management system that focuses on the consumer. Our company also has a technically competent production group, product management system, and quality control system. These factors, combined with the convenient logistics, ensure our customers a high degree of service. Our production machinery includes four colors. six colors and seven color flexo printing machine. The maximal printing width is 1.6 meters, and the printing speed is 180 meters per minute. The prints on our bags are both vivid and lifelike. The daily output of our fully automatic production line is 1,600,000 pcs for the paper bag, and 200,000 pcs for packaging boxes. The width of these bags reaches 550mm, and the gusset 270mm. Our machines guarantee a mass production of high efficiency and high quality, with a large cost reduction. This has won us a lot of customers from around the world, and we now export to Europe, North America, Japan, The Middle East, Australia, and many other places that are very satisfied with our products.
