Our Company - Eco Packaging International Company (EPIC) is the big manufacturer of molded fiber egg cartons from waste paper. Our production plant is located in Russia in Saint Petersburg’s suburb, nearby the seaport (in 30 km from the port). We have considerable experience of export our packaging to Israel and nowadays we already have more than 15% of the total eggs packaging market in this country. Also we have customers in Poland and Lithuania. We are glad to offer you cooperation on the supply of our packaging. Our plant with all the equipment is completely new. We have 2 modern production lines made by key world producers with productivity up to 6 million egg cartons per month. We have high-speed printer with 10 colors and two lines for labeling the cover of the carton made by American producers leading in this industry. And we prolong to invest in the equipment: in the September of this year the new production line will increase our capacity up to 11 million egg cartons per month. The quality of our products is provided by 3-sides quality control (by Operators, Packers and Quality Control Manager). All the Production Management has high qualification and work experience more than 15 years on similar production plants. Our production plant is always open for audit by the customers and we can provide the production process video as well as loading process video. We produce egg cartons for 10 pcs. 12 pcs. for hen eggs of sizes S, M, L. In the nearest time after start-up of the new production line we will produce egg cartons for 18 pcs. for hen eggs. Now all our cartons have natural pulp color (grey) but with the new production line we will be able to make also egg cartons of different colors. At the same time if you have demand in big constant quantity of other types of packaging by individual order (for example: 6 eggs, 15 eggs) we can discuss with you the production possibility. All our egg cartons are using on egg grading production lines Moba and Staalkat. Also if you have egg grading production line made by another producer, we can help you to adjust your production line in order to work with our egg cartons.
