Buyer pays the sample cost and the shipping fee.
Shipping Policy
At Eco-Tech Waterloo, we require 5 business days to prepare and ship orders of 45K or 45 bales. This includes up to 2-3 hours for loading the bales onto the truck at our dock to ensure everything is securely packed. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days for domestic deliveries, depending on the destination, while international shipping may take longer due to customs processing. We use reliable freight carriers for all shipments, and you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order and the delivery location. If there are any delays or issues with your shipment, we will notify you promptly. For any damages or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
