Product and Services: Ford Packaging specialises in the volume production of corrugated boxesfor material transfers, overseas relocation, art objects, and road, sea and air cargo. Our comprehensive product range, which continues to grow through research and development initiatives, includes: • All Type of Corrugated Box With Printing • Heavy Duty Cartons • Wooden Pallets • With Packing Acceccories Factory Details: Ford Packaging has two dedicated factories for production and strategically located to meet transportation needs, one factory is located within the Chennai city limit at Pallavaram and another one to cater to the ever-growing need of industries at Sriperumbudur SIPCOT. Production Capacity: Our facilities and resources include: • 11 different machines for corrugation. • 2 printers • More than 150 staff members • More than 350m2/hr print capacity, • Over 3000m2of production facilities across two premises up to 24hrs a day, 7 days a week No matter how big the job, we have the resource, expertise and capacity to deliver. With a comprehensive range of packaging solutions and a dedicated team, we can able to manage your entire packaging needs. Lab Facility: We have in house lab facility equipped with latest equipment to test your products to meet quality standards. We conduct burst strength, burst factor, compression strength, cobb test, grammage test to deliver your product as per your specification. Complete Control: Ford Packaging has been operating independently. With all facilities on site from die-making to printing and lab testing and logistics, we do not outsource a single process/stage of production and post-production, we can able to successfully maintain complete control of customer service. By maintaining this total control we are confident that your box will arrive where you want it, how you want it, and when you want it. That is our guarantee to you. Delivering Optimal Solutions for the Customers: To meet the customers’ needs we emphasize strategic functions (planning, R&D, development, management) in every aspect of production process from the procurement of materials, production and sales.
