Production Capacity: Our facilities and resources include: • 11 different machines for corrugation. • 2 printers • More than 150 staff members • More than 350m2/hr print capacity, • Over 3000m2of production facilities across two premises up to 24hrs a day, 7 days a week No matter how big the job, we have the resource, expertise and capacity to deliver. With a comprehensive range of packaging solutions and a dedicated team, we can able to manage your entire packaging needs. Lab Facility: We have in house lab facility equipped with latest equipment to test your products to meet quality standards. We conduct burst strength, burst factor, compression strength, cobb test, grammage test to deliver your product as per your specification. Complete Control: Ford Packaging has been operating independently. With all facilities on site from die-making to printing and lab testing and logistics, we do not outsource a single process/stage of production and post-production, we can able to successfully maintain complete control of customer service.
