Hangcha Group is a global, full line, material handling equipment manufacturer. Since 1956, we have continued to specialize in the engineering and manufacturing of high-quality forklifts and warehouse equipment. Today, Hangcha Group offers material handling equipment in Classes 1 through 7 making us a true full line manufacturer. Based in Hangzhou, China, we employ over 5,400 employees across two industrial parks. These industrial parks take up over 11,409,745ft2 and are home to our state-of-the-art manufacturing and research & development facilities. This state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities feature the latest in manufacturing technology. This includes automated manufacturing lines, robotic welding, and AGV’s. Hangcha combines this technology with skilled laborers throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that the products meet strict quality standards. Hangcha’s R&D team is made up of six hundred qualified engineers. Our focus is to drive innovation, create new material handling equipment, and make material handling easier. This innovation is the reason Hangcha forklifts are the number one selling forklift brand in China. Hangcha is also the largest forklift exporter in China for the last thirteen consecutive years. In 2016, Hangcha Group went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. As of 2020, Hangcha Group is ranked eighth on the list of top material handling manufacturers in the world. In 2017, HC Forklift America was incorporated. HC Forklift America Corporation (HCFA) is wholly invested and owned by Hangcha Group. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, HC Forklift America Corporation provides Hangcha Group’s full product catalog to the United States. We also work with Hangcha Group to research and engineer specific models for the American market. This includes cushion tire forklifts. HC Forklift America offers a large inventory of new Hangcha equipment at their warehouses in Charlotte, NC, Chino Hills, CA, and Houston, TX. Located at HCFA’s aftermarket building in Charlotte, NC, the parts department offers a large inventory of OEM spare parts. HCFA’s aftermarket division also provides warranty support, technical advising, and service training. Together, these departments allow HC Forklift America Corporation to offer everything needed to fully support our dealers and end-users. With over 65 years of research & development, engineering, and real-world product use, Hangcha’s full line of material handling equipment is durable and efficient enough to be placed in the toughest operational environments. Hangcha’s equipment is powered by Lithium-ion (LiFePO4) battery packs, LP, dual fuel, or diesel powertrains. These powertrains are designed to meet American environmental standards and to lift between 2,000 - 105,000lbs.
