We have confirmed orders for HMS-1 scrap. We need around 100, 000 metric tons of HMS-1 but first shipment would be for atleast 30, 000 to 60, 000 M. Tons of HMS-1 scrap for shipment from anywhere in the world and on urgent basis. You may offer on FOB basis also. Payment will be made by non-transferable cilc. If you can offer us better price (say below usd140. 0 / M. T) , we can immediately enter into some deal for HMS-1 scrap. Also separately offer used rails on the basis of FOB or c & f Indian seaport. Please send us photographs of HMS-1, as soon as possible with reasonable price. Shipment acceptable from anywhere. Please treat this matter as most most urgent.
