Liaocheng Jingwei Industrial Felts Co., Ltd. is located in the picturesque city of Liaocheng, Shandong Province—known as the "Water City North of the Yangtze." We specialize in the production of paper-making felts and serve as the chairing member of the Industrial Felts Association in the paper-making felt industry. We are also home to the Paper-Making Felt Research Institute of Shandong Institute of Light Industry and are recognized as one of the earliest manufacturers of shoe press felts in China. Our product range is comprehensive from standard BOM (Batt-on-mesh) felts to composite multi-layer base fabric felts for shoe press applications; from felts used for producing specialty papers as light as 10g/m² to board paper felts up to 900g/m²; from wet felts for all parts of the press section to dryer felts for the drying section. We offer felts in a wide range of specifications, with basis weights ranging from 600g/m² to 2400g/m², lengths from 6 meters to 140 meters, widths from 1.1 meters to 9.5 meters, and base fabric structures from single-layer, double-layer, triple-layer to multi-layer designs. Our felts meet the demanding requirements of modern paper machines, supporting press loads of up to 1400 kN/m and operating speeds of up to 2000 m/min—all while maintaining high paper quality. Whether used in conventional pressing, grooved pressing, vacuum composite pressing, large-diameter blind press rolls, or shoe press applications, our products demonstrate excellent compression resistance, quick adaptability, and optimal dewatering performance. Our flagship product - the BOM composite layered base fabric paper-making felt - stands out with its specialized design, enhancing paper quality and earning wide acclaim from customers. Our company has been manufacturing paper machine felts for over a decade, with a current production capacity of more than 800 tons annually. In 2019 and 2020, we achieved sales of over 650 tons of felts, with our market spanning nearly 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, as well as exports to major firms in Russia. Our products have earned high praise from both domestic and international customers. They are widely used by more than 300 clients, including major paper manufacturers in China such as YFY Paper, Quanlin Paper, Galaxy Paper, Yueyang Paper, Sun Paper, Jianghe Paper, and Century Sunshine Paper. Our shoe press felts have been successfully applied in production lines such as Jianghe Paper’s 5800/1500 single shoe press, Galaxy Paper’s 5280/1500 double shoe press (by Metso), Quanlin Paper’s 6100/1200 shoe press, Shandong Huamai Paper’s PM1 and PM2 7450/1250 high-strength corrugating paper shoe press, Yueyang Forest Paper’s 5280/1400 shoe press, and YFY Yangzhou’s PM3 6600/1100 corrugating paper machine (double shoe press). These applications have demonstrated performance comparable to imported felt brands, with outstanding cost-effectiveness and production stability—pioneering the use of domestically made paper felts in shoe press paper machines. Our composite multilayer base fabric felts are also widely used in the specialty paper sector, including on Quanlin Gaotang's high-end coated and food packaging paper machines, Qifeng New Material’s decorative base paper, wallpaper base paper, and wear-resistant paper machines, Jianghe Paper’s carbonless copy paper machines, Shengquan Zibo’s transfer printing paper machines, and Jintian Paper’s (Guangdong and Sichuan) greyboard paper machines. In the tissue paper segment, our products are used by Liuzhou Liangmianzhen Paper, Ningxia Bauhinia Paper, Quanlin Paper, and others. With excellent product performance and outstanding customer service, our felts are highly appreciated by clients across the industry.
