PASWARA PAPERS LIMITED is a PASWARA GROUP Company based in India and engaged in manufacturing of Multi Layer Kraft Paper and Paper Board, used for making packaging boxes, cartons, paper bags, etc, since 1980 to cater the Specialty Paper Market in India and abroad. Manufactured from recycled paper and wholly recyclable, corrugated paper is a fantastic packaging choice for environmentally concsious companies looking to do their bit to reduce waste too. In 1980, a Unit in the name of Paswara Papers Ltd. was established at Mohiuddinpur, Distt. – Meerut (U.P) for manufacturing of Straw Board with 10 Tons Per Day Capacity. The Straw Board of the company was very much popular all over India at that time. In 1992, the Group changed the product and started manufacturing a new product i.e. Paper Board with addition of some other machineries. At the same time, the Group installed another unit in the same place for manufacturing of Media Kraft Paper with a capacity of 15 Tons Per Day. After the machines and technology went obsolete, the group decided to stop the production on the two machines in 2016. In 2014, the group envisaged a Greenfield Mega Project under the Uttar Pradesh Udyog Nivesh Nidhi Yojna and signed an MoU with the UP Government in UP Investors’ conclave at New Delhi. The project was completed in the year 2016 and the commercial production began from October 2016 to manufacture High RCT Multi Layer Kraft Paper in GSM Range of 140 to 400 GSM and Bursting Factor of 18 to 35+ with 150,000 Metric Tons annual capacity. This probably was the swiftest execution of a project in India which gave us a state-of-the-art Kraft Paper Mill, equipped with the latest equipments from around the globe, making us one of the top paper mills in India. Most of the Pulping Equipment and Paper manufacturing Equipments are Imported based on European Design & Triple Wire Technology. The unit has installed Online Quality Control Equipments which will ensure consistent quality of products . All the equipments are fully automatic operated by PLC System to minimise the human interference. The Group has installed its own 6.5 MW Captive Power Plant to ensure uninterrupted round the clock electric supply to maintain best quality of products and optimum production. The company pledged to maintain the excellent quality of product to cater Specialty Packaging requirements. In 2019, the group installed another machinery for manufacturing of Kraft Paper in GSM Range of 90 to 120 GSM and Bursting Factor 18 to 22+ with 25,000 tons annual capacity. At Present, the Paswara Group produces over 175,000 Metric tons of Kraft Paper/Test Liner/Fluting Medium Paper annually, making us one of the biggest multi-layer kraft paper mills in India, and its products find popularity all over the country.
