JSC Rubezhnoye Cardboard and Packaging Mill is an integrated complex unit for the production of liner and fluting, corrugated board and corrugated boxes. Specializes in the production of transport packaging made of corrugated cardboard, testliner and fluting. ?orrugated Case Materials (CCM) =============================== We have 15 years experience in liner and fluting production. The Board Machine and the Paper Machine located at the site in Rubezhnoye have a total capacity of more than 140 000 tonnes; these machines provide CCM for the plants in Rubezhnoye and in Ukrainka. Corrugated Board and Corrugated Boxes ===================================== Company corrugators produce single-face, single-wall, double-wall and triple-wall corrugated board of B, C, E, F and N flutes. The number of liner and fluting layers defines the maximum loads that corrugated boxes can withstand. Corrugated boxes are produced on the Martin, Simon, Bobst, etc. conversion machines. Wide range of types, sizes and designs of transit corrugated containers corresponds to FEFCO standards and definitions. We buy waste paper: Group 1 - Ordinary grades: 1.04 Supermarket corrugated paper and board; 1.05 Old corrugated containers; Group 4 - Kraft grades: 4.01 New shavings of corrugated board
