Our Company and Facilities: We are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specializing in the production of Two Drum Winders and Sheeters for all paper grades, along with their respective accessories. Our team is comprised of exceptional professionals, led by our founder, Mr. Vasant Mahajan, and supported by our director, Mr. Sagar Mahajan. We excel in New Winder Manufacturing and Commissioning of the same followed by modifications and maintenance contract work for all types of Winders and Sheeters, providing comprehensive solutions for finishing house problems. To facilitate our operations, we have two units, each spanning 8000 sq.ft. Our registered office houses a dedicated design department equipped with 3D modeling technology. One of our units serves as an assembly shop, complete with Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and lathes. The other unit is dedicated to fabrication work, featuring a 2-meter x 4-meter planner, large lathes, and radial drilling machines. Our Work Procedure: We follow a systematic approach to address customer issues related to slitting and rewinding. This involves conducting a thorough study of the customer's machines and operating procedures, as well as assessing the skill level of their operators. We engage in detailed discussions with both the customer's floor team and technical team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges they face. Based on our analysis, we offer various solution options tailored to the customer's specific strengths and requirements. Our team then develops a customized design for the proposed solution. We prioritize quality manufacturing of components and sub-assemblies, ensuring that they meet the highest standards. Timely delivery is a key aspect of our service, and we provide installation support to the end customer. Additionally, we offer comprehensive startup and commissioning service support to ensure a successful implementation of our solutions within the agreed timeframe. At our company, we are committed to delivering excellence at every stage of our work process, from understanding customer needs to providing reliable solutions and exceptional support.
