Transition (Bio) Energy Limited (TBE) is a new New Zealand green energy and technology development company. TBE is joint venture between experienced primary industry private equity investors (oil and gas, forestry, logistics) and experienced technology developers (Transition Technologies Limited). The company is investing and developing vertically integrated forestry products supply chain in New Zealand and is seeking large long-term offtake partners for soft wood chip manufactured from freshly peeled Pinus Radiata or Radiata - Pine logs. Our site is capable of producing 500,000 to 750,000 metric tonnes of premium grade soft wood chip and are seeking reliable offtake partners for commitments of at least 100,000 tonnes per annum (BDMT) at international pulp chip market rates.
