About the Company

We are a Danish innovation company in UV and e-beam technology since 1996. In 2021, we start to develop 100% recyclable barrier paper by e-beam technology, designed to replace PE film in multi-wall moisture barrier packaging. To further enhance our capabilities, we are launching a new factory in China, dedicated to producing high-barrier, recyclable paper. Utilizing e-beam evaporation technology, we offer various thicknesses of moisture-resistant paper for industrial packaging applications. Additionally, we are including the official SGS China testing report on WVTR and tensile strength, which confirms that our barrier paper is a highly effective replacement for PE film. Performance Comparison: • Standard PE film WVTR: 37g/m² over 24 hours • Our barrier extensible paper (0.095mm, 70gsm) WVTR: 22.3-27g/m² over 24 hours • Transverse tensile strength: 3.14-3.34 kN/m • Longitudinal tensile strength: 4.71-5.27 kN/m This demonstrates that our barrier paper offers better moisture protection than PE film, while also being 100% recyclable and compatible with existing paper recycling systems. We also have formulations available with WVTR below 10 g/m² / 24 hours for higher barrier needs. Design Advantage: In current multi-wall sack structures, PE film layers are not glued to paper layers to prevent rupture during filling. However, our high-barrier extensible paper can be glued like traditional kraft or extensible paper, making the overall structure more stable and lowering final WVTR values.
