In 1939, Mr. Chen Jishun founded "Gaolong Hat Shop" in Wenling Zhejiang, his son Mr. Chen Gentu, after inheriting his father's business, made great efforts to study the weaving technology, and developed it into "Wenling Gaolong Xinji Craft Weaving Factory" in 20 years, the plant area expanded to 300 square meters, and in 1993, the Gaolong Craft weaving Factory was renamed Wenling Shunpu Arts and Crafts Factory. Covers an area of 15 acres. In 2005, through Shanhai cooperation to attract investment, Shunpu came to Longyou Industrial Park and invested in the establishment of Zhejiang Shunpu Paper Co., LTD. (now renamedZhejiang Shunpu New Material Technology Co., LTD.), covering an area of 68 mu. In October 2006 began to put into production, after years of development has been built and put into use 7 paper production lines and supporting workshops, cafeterias, dormitory living areas, office buildings, etc. The formation of low-gram weight (16-40g) high-strength thin color paper made of pure wood pulp (coated base paper, hand-pull paper rope base paper, lantern and Kongming lamp base paper, printing cotton paper, paper silk base paper, Japanese water lead base paper, cable wire cotton paper, paper flower base paper, etc.) and paper rope, paper yarn, paper straw deep processing product system. There are 160 employees in the factory, with an annual output value of nearly 200 million yuan.
