Specifications and quality of coniferous wood chips: 1. Raw materials must be fresh and clean. The shipped wood chips are not allowed to contain burnt wood, metal, stone, sand or soil. 2. Specifications and requirements of wood chips: Length (along the fiber length): 4.8mm-45mm Width: 4.8mm-45mm Thickness: 2.0mm-8.0mm 9.5mm-45mm: not less than 85% Over-specification (wood chips with a diameter greater than 45mm or a thickness greater than 8mm): not more than 5% Under-specification (wood chips with a diameter less than 4.8mm): not more than 2% Bark and rotten wood: not more than 1% 3. Inconsistent specifications The seller shall make every effort to ensure that the wood chips meet the wood chip specifications specified in Article 3.1 of this contract. The two parties jointly entrust the credible third party SGS to conduct a re-inspection (the cost shall be borne by the buyer). According to the third-party inspection report, if the seller cannot meet the above-mentioned wood chip specifications, the seller shall compensate for the total value of the wood chips that do not meet the specifications and other expenses caused by receiving these non-conforming wood chips. 3.1 If the length is greater than 40.0mm and exceeds 10%, the seller shall bear 100% of the liquidated damages for the excess. 3.2 If the length is less than 4.8mm and exceeds 3%, the seller shall bear 100% of the liquidated damages for the excess. 3.3 If the veneer and decayed pieces are more than 1%, the seller shall bear 100% of the liquidated damages for the excess. 3.4 Corresponding breach of contract liability for impurity penalties:
