10% virgin 90% recycled Fluting paper V. Our fluting paper is intended for manufacturing the inner, fluted layers of corrugated board. In conjunction with linerboard it is ideal for the packaging industry, where corrugated boxes are widely used. Fluting paper is available in several different sizes and weights depending on your specific requirements. 1) Grammage, g/m2: 112 - 175 2) Resistance to plane compression of a corrugated paper sample (CMT0), N, not less than with a strip width of 15 mm: 260 - 350 with a width of 12.7 mm: 205 - 310 3) Absolute pressure resistance, kPa, not less 245 - 395 4) Specific breaking resistance in the machine direction, kN/m, not less than 7 - 10.5 5) Resistance to end compression of a corrugated paper sample (CCT30), kN/m, not less than 1 - 1.8 6) Surface water absorbency during unilateral wetting (Cobb60), g/m2 on average on both sides 30 - 70 7) Compression resistance at a short distance (SCTcd) in the transverse direction, kN/m, not less than 1.7 - 2.5 8) Humidity, %: 6 - 9 |
