High Performance Liner grade provide optimum performance when combined with corrugated medium in making of corrugated boxes. This HP Liner is manufactured with 100% virgin fibre or mix of Virgin fibre and recycled fibre depending on the requirements of the industry. Features : This grade could be manufactured in both Sized as well as Unsized quality. High Compression strength Suitable for both Top liner as well as intermediate plies of container board. TYPICAL USE: Corrugation FLUTING MEDIUM Fluting paper is the middle liner kraft of corrugated board providing a cushioning support for the primary product. which can be used individually as a type of protective packaging paper. We offer Fluting in 140 to 300 gsm range Typical application Middle layers for making of corrugation boxes. END USES: Corrugation and packing WET STRENGTH LINER ( Water Repellent) Wet Strength paper has been specially treated by coating to improve its resistance to water and water vapor. Features Available in Gsm ranging from 140 to 400 ( as per clients requirement) Excellent resistance to water Maintaining the tensile strength of the liner when exposed to moisture End uses Cartons for Marine Packaging , Fruits and Vegetable etc CORE AND CONE BOARD Core board is a multi-ply board . This board is used mainly in the production of Cores, Tubes for the Tissue, textile and paper Industry. Features : Available in gsm ranging from 250 upto 500 gsm With plybond 250 joules upto 900 joules UNBLEACHED FOLDING BOX BOARD Unbleached folding box board is a exceptionally high strength, High Bulk and High Yield, clean and consistent Appearance board. Features : Available in Gsm ranging from 180 upto 400 High Bulk Food Grade meeting heavy metal limits of toxics in packaging Excellent strength , stiffness and tear properties. Excellent printing properties TYPICAL END USES: Packaging of Health & Beauty product, Food Service, Gift Boxes, Pharmaceutical mono cartons, garment tags, etc
