The function of the pulper rotor is to rotate and suck the pulp in the pulper tank along the axis center and throw it out at high speed from the circumference, forming a violent turbulent cycle. The tearing effect of the rotor and the friction between the pulp layers at different speeds generate a huge frictional effect, causing the pulp to strongly disperse and separate fibers in the wet state.
