Tissue Paper Machine Nylon Press Felt

The tissue paper machine felt adopts advanced base mesh weaving technology and multi axial base mesh structure, and use the best performance raw material of different compositions in the world to mix and lay, incorporating targeted concepts to meet the requirements of crescent forming dehydration, BF series forming dehydration, vacuum cylinder mould former dewatering and vacuum suction roll dewatering. We use 10 meter wide carding machine imported from British company Haigh Chadwick to carding the batt fiber; 15 meter wide heavy duty weaving machine imported from Sweden's TEXO company and model Master SM 92 high speed weaving machine imported from Italy's Somet company to make the base mesh layer. We use 12 meter wide four need area needling machine to need the batt into base mesh, 10.5m oil heat setting machine to set and finish the felt. |
